This is a sneak preview of what could be Baharash's first building should the project get the green light.

Once built, the project will be one of the most advanced villas in U.A.E.

One of the key features of the villas is its extreme "zero carbon" nature, and its ability to solely run on resources harvested from its environment.

The villas are in constant tune with their environment. During the day, they harvest solar energy while in the evening; they collect their own water from the high humidity level in the air. The water is then treated, stored and used for domestic purposes. Onsite grey and black water recycling…
